Who we are

SportOS (including SportOS-FB) is operated by NRGies Consulting Ltd(“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data described below. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect and why

• Enquiries.If you use our “Request a demo / Register interest” form, we collect the name, email, phone, website, organisation type and product interest you provide, so we can respond to you. Lawful basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
• Account users. For people given access to the platform, we hold a name, email and role to operate the service. Lawful basis: performance of our contract with your organisation.
• Football data.The platform processes professional footballers’ career and performance data supplied by third-party providers (e.g. TransferRoom, Wyscout, Transfermarkt), used for player analysis by our business customers. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in providing a professional scouting tool.

Cookies

We use only strictly-necessary cookies that keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under contract: our hosting and database provider (Supabase), our email provider (Resend), our content-delivery and security provider (Cloudflare), and Google (Sheets) to record enquiry submissions. We do not sell your personal data.

Where it is stored

Our database is hosted in the European Union. Where a provider processes data outside the UK/EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and account data for the life of the account. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your personal data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
